Major Bank Signs Up for TKDialogs

Following on from an initial meeting at Microsoft Convergence in Barcelona, a major international bank has signed up to deploy TKDialogs.

TKDialogs was selected for its ease of use, speed of development and full integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  It will be used in every branch in the territory.

Initially, branch staff will use TKDialogs to lead customers through product application processes and ultimately it is planned to deploy to the bank's website for self service customer support.
