Team Knowledge has won its first major contract for TKDialogs in Italy. The client, a global leader in the capital goods sector, will be using TKDialogs in its customer service call center as we offer the best call centre software for our clients' needs.
The call center, which handles calls from across the world in 9 languages, provides support for a wide range of industrial and agricultural products. This was a perfect example of Team Knowledge working in conjunction with our local partner Cluster Reply: from initial demonstration, proof of concept, development, deployment and on-going support.
Cluster Reply specializes in consulting and systems integration services for Microsoft technologies and has received many Microsoft awards for the quality of its services: the latest being Digital Transformation Italian Partner of the Year 2016.
