Another New Market for TKDialogs

The flexibility and ease of use of TKDialogs has led to two new orders in the Public Transport market: a market we have never deployed to before. TKDialog's call centre application software is being used in the call centers and on the website to handle customer requests and complaints.

TKDialogs has been deployed across multiple transport agencies to provide consistent, quality customer service, feeding back into the ticket provider's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online instance.

As the solution had to be deployed across multiple sites and organizations, on-site staff training was a major issue. TKDialogs solved this problem and no end user training was required. It was just so easy to use!
