Agent Call Scripting and Web Self-Service for Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM

We were able to deliver award-winning digital citizen services for use across all our delivery channels. We easily integrated TKDialogs with non-CRM systems as well, such as Google Maps and the city council’s core systems, to provide a simple-to-use, rich user experience.
